At Your Dream Technologies, we deliver our services with professionalism, transparency, and pride. These Terms and Conditions are designed to give you confidence and peace of mind regarding our services. If any clause restricts your ability to work with us, we are open to reviewing it and, if reasonable, may modify or exclude it as part of our agreement.
By ordering any service from Your Dream Technologies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions stated below.
Your Dream Technologies reserves the right to decline service for any website or project that does not align with our ethical standards. This includes, but is not limited to:
Adult or pornographic material
Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation
Content infringing copyright
Content violating Indian laws or any other applicable regulations
We reserve full discretion in determining whether a project is unsuitable.
The contract between Your Dream Technologies and the client will consist of:
The approved proposal (containing specifications and quotation), and
These Terms and Conditions
A signed document is not mandatory to initiate a project. Any clear form of communication — verbal, email, or written confirmation — indicating the requirement of work will be treated as contract commencement.
Clients are requested to sign the approval section of the proposal and return it for record purposes.
We will mutually agree upon a project start date. Although we provide an estimated completion date, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Your Dream Technologies is not liable for any losses resulting from such delays.
We design web pages following current web standards to ensure compatibility with major browsers. However, we cannot guarantee correct display in future or non-standard browsers.
A development preview will be hosted on our server to allow clients to monitor progress.
Once the website meets agreed specifications:
An invoice for the remaining payment will be issued
Upon receiving full payment, Your Dream Technologies will upload the website to the client’s server or provide the source files
We strive for uninterrupted functionality but cannot guarantee error-free performance. Issues will be addressed as promptly as possible and may be billable at our standard rates.
Any edits requested after project completion will be treated as additional work unless covered under a maintenance agreement.
Your Dream Technologies and its subcontractors may:
Display completed work in portfolios
Provide your website as a reference to prospective clients
Add a small, non-intrusive design credit with a hyperlink in the footer
50% advance payment is required to begin work
The remaining balance is due upon project completion
Full payment is due once core structure and architecture are complete, irrespective of live deployment
Payments must be made in INR unless agreed otherwise
Payments via foreign currency must include all bank and exchange charges
Returned payments will incur administrative charges in addition to any bank fees. If legal recovery is necessary, the client agrees to cover all related expenses.
Costs related to:
Third-party software
Stock images
Domain or hosting services
Payment gateways
External integrations
…are non-refundable.
Extra features not included in the original quotation will be charged separately. We will notify you before implementing additional features.
If Your Dream Technologies registers a domain name for a client, the domain remains the client’s property. All related fees must be paid by the client
Hosting and email services are agreements between the client and the hosting provider. Your Dream Technologies only recommends hosting providers and is not responsible for any loss or downtime caused by third-party services.
For services involving personal data:
The client is considered the Data Controller
The client must comply with all applicable data protection laws
The client must ensure security measures, including SSL, encryption, and secure payment gateways
Your Dream Technologies cannot be held responsible for legal issues arising from data misuse
Your Dream Technologies reserves the right to hire subcontractors or external specialists to complete any part of the project.
The client assumes all risks associated with the operation of their website. Your Dream Technologies is not liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Loss of data
Downtime due to external factors
Even if we have been advised of such possibilities.
Proposals and quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may change thereafter.
All advice is provided in good faith. While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee:
Higher search rankings
Increased traffic
Higher sales or conversions
Any change to these Terms must be agreed to in writing. A waiver of any clause does not invalidate the rest of the Terms.
These Terms override any previous agreements or communications.
This contract is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Indian courts.

Your Dream Technologies किसी भी परियोजना को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार रखता है जो हमारी नैतिक नीतियों के खिलाफ हो। इसमें शामिल हैं:
अश्लील / वयस्क सामग्री
किसी भी धर्म, जाति, समुदाय या लैंगिक पहचान के प्रति घृणा फैलाने वाली सामग्री
अवैध सामग्री
कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन
भारत या अन्य किसी लागू कानून का उल्लंघन
ऐसे मामलों में निर्णय पूरी तरह हमारा होगा।
कॉन्ट्रैक्ट की शुरुआत निम्न तरीकों से मानी जाएगी:
मौखिक सहमति
ईमेल या लिखित संदेश
प्रस्ताव (Proposal) की स्वीकृति
हस्ताक्षर अनिवार्य नहीं है, लेकिन रिकॉर्ड के लिए प्रस्ताव पर हस्ताक्षर करना आवश्यक है।
प्रोजेक्ट की शुरुआत और अनुमानित समाप्ति तिथि क्लाइंट के साथ सहमति से तय की जाएगी। किसी भी देरी की स्थिति में Your Dream Technologies किसी भी वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
हम वेबसाइट को नवीनतम वेब मानकों के अनुसार विकसित करते हैं ताकि प्रमुख ब्राउज़रों में सही ढंग से प्रदर्शित हो।
हालांकि, भविष्य के या दुर्लभ ब्राउज़रों में होने वाली समस्याओं की हम गारंटी नहीं देते।
क्लाइंट को विकास सर्वर पर प्रोजेक्ट का प्रीव्यू उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
सहमत स्पेसिफिकेशन पूरा होने के बाद अंतिम भुगतान का बिल जारी होगा।
भुगतान प्राप्त होने के बाद वेबसाइट लाइव सर्वर पर अपलोड की जाएगी या सोर्स कोड क्लाइंट को दिया जाएगा।
प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होने के बाद किसी भी अतिरिक्त बदलाव को अतिरिक्त कार्य माना जाएगा और उसका शुल्क अलग से लिया जाएगा।
हम त्रुटि-मुक्त सेवा देने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन किसी भी तकनीकी समस्या की गारंटी नहीं दे सकते।
Your Dream Technologies को:
आपके प्रोजेक्ट को अपने पोर्टफोलियो में प्रदर्शित करने
संभावित ग्राहकों को रेफरेंस के रूप में आपका लिंक देने
आपकी वेबसाइट के फूटर में एक छोटा क्रेडिट लिंक लगाने
का अधिकार है।
प्रोजेक्ट शुरू करने से पहले 50% अग्रिम भुगतान अनिवार्य है।
शेष भुगतान प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होने पर देना होगा।
मुख्य संरचना (Core Structure) पूरी हो जाने पर पूरा भुगतान आवश्यक है, चाहे वेबसाइट लाइव हो या न हो।
भुगतान केवल INR (भारतीय रुपये) में स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।
विदेश मुद्रा में भुगतान केवल सहमति पर स्वीकार होगा और सभी बैंक शुल्क क्लाइंट को देने होंगे।
बैंक द्वारा भुगतान अस्वीकार होने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू होगा।
कानूनी वसूली की स्थिति में सभी खर्च क्लाइंट द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे।
डोमेन, होस्टिंग, पेमेंट गेटवे, स्टॉक इमेज, थर्ड-पार्टी सॉफ़्टवेयर आदि की लागत गैर-वापसी योग्य है।
मूल कोटेशन में शामिल न किए गए फीचर्स या सेवाओं का शुल्क अलग से लिया जाएगा।
यदि Your Dream Technologies क्लाइंट के लिए डोमेन रजिस्टर करता है, तब भी डोमेन का स्वामित्व क्लाइंट के पास रहेगा। संबंधित सभी शुल्क क्लाइंट को चुकाने होंगे।
होस्टिंग क्लाइंट और होस्टिंग प्रदाता के बीच का अनुबंध है।
Your Dream Technologies किसी भी होस्टिंग डाउनटाइम, सर्वर समस्या या थर्ड-पार्टी त्रुटि के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।
क्लाइंट निम्न के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है:
SSL, एन्क्रिप्शन और सुरक्षित पेमेंट गेटवे
डेटा सुरक्षा कानूनों का पालन
ई-कॉमर्स वेबसाइट की सुरक्षा
टैक्स, कानून और दंडात्मक नियमों का पालन
Your Dream Technologies डेटा के दुरुपयोग या कानूनी समस्याओं के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
Your Dream Technologies आवश्यकता अनुसार किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट के लिए सब-कॉन्ट्रैक्टर नियुक्त कर सकता है।
हम निम्न के नुकसान के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं:
व्यापारिक लाभ
बिक्री या राजस्व
डेटा हानि
वेबसाइट डाउनटाइम
तकनीकी/सर्वर विफलता
भले ही पहले से इस संभावना की जानकारी दी गई हो।
सभी प्रस्ताव और कोटेशन 30 दिनों के लिए मान्य होते हैं।
इसके बाद कीमतें परिवर्तित हो सकती हैं।
हम सद्भावना से परामर्श प्रदान करते हैं, लेकिन गारंटी नहीं देते कि:
आपकी ट्रैफिक बढ़ेगी
गूगल रैंकिंग सुधरेगी
आपकी बिक्री बढ़ेगी
यह अनुबंध भारत के कानूनों के तहत संचालित होगा।
किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा केवल भारतीय अदालतों में किया जाएगा।
क्लाइंट को सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उसके द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी और स्पेसिफिकेशन सही और पूर्ण हों।
